35th Anniversary: Community Building

We've said it before and we'll say it again: we're proud and humbled to be celebrating our 35th Anniversary this year.  And one of the things we're most proud of is the community we've built.  We care about building a strong community because our families attend the same schools and churches, work for the same companies and shop in the same stores as our homeowners.  We're all in this together.

Over the past 35 years, we have built in over forty Colorado Springs neighborhoods.  (Explore these communities on the map above!)  From North to South, East to West, we are woven into the fabric of our community.  So are our homeowners - over the decades, we've seen multiple generations raise their families in a series of Keller homes.  This loyalty makes us both proud and humble.  We've built homes for grandparents moving closer to kids and grandkids, growing families, young professionals, downsizing Boomers, and everything in between.  Creating home and community is what it's all about.

One of the nicest compliments we've heard recently was from a customer who drove through some of Colorado Springs' older communities.  They commented that they know a "Keller Street" when they see it; the architecture was right for the area and has stood the test of time.  In an era of "cheaper and faster," we continue to strive for better.  We believe in hand-crafted, quality homes and timeless architecture.

This is the stuff that lasting communities are made of.
